Rental Terms & Conditions
Insurance
third-party liability. Excess / deductible applies: RWF 200,000. Optional full waiver covers available at extra cost.
Deposit
Refundable security deposit of RWF 100,000 (held until vehicle return and inspection).
Fuel Policy
“Full-to-Full” vehicle must be returned with same fuel level as pickup.
Mileage Limit
Daily 150 km, Weekly 1,000 km, Monthly 4,000 km. Extra km charged at RWF 500 per km.
Driver Requirements
Minimum age 21 years. Valid driver’s license (1+ years’ experience). Passport / ID and rental agreement required.
Delivery / Pickup
Free pickup from our Kigali branch. Delivery to location available on request (with additional fee).
